At Ruby Rose Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer refunds or exchanges on eligible full-price items, subject to the conditions below.
Please note that we have a strict 7-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.Â

Full-Price Purchases
Full-price items may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided that:
• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unworn, unwashed, unmarked, free from fragrance, and in its original condition.
• All original tags remain attached.
• The item is received and inspected by our team before approval.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
A $10 administration and processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds/exchanges to cover the handling, processing, and restocking of returned/ exchanged items.
All exchanges are subject to stock availabilityÂ
As a small boutique with limited stock quantities, we kindly ask customers not to order multiple sizes of the same style for fitting purposes. Â If multiple sizes of the same style are ordered, Ruby Rose Boutique reserves the right to approve a refund for one item and one size will be sent. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

Sale & Discounted Items
All sale items and items purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, or markdown are considered final sale.
These items are not eligible for:
• Refunds
• Exchanges
Please choose carefully when purchasing discounted merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Lingerie
• Swimwear
• Beauty and body products

How to Return an Item
1. Email us at rubyrosecustomercare@gmail.com outlining your request for a return or exchange.Â
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item.
3. Securely package the item in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
4. Return the item using a tracked courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring goods arrive safely.
5. Once received and approved, your return or exchange will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed less a $10 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please retain your tracking information, as Ruby Rose Boutique cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Important Information
• Returned items must be received in original, saleable condition with tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, makeup, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Items returned without original tags attached will not be accepted.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
• Ruby Rose Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Faulty Items
If you receive a new item that you believe to be faulty and it still has the tags attached and packaging intact please contact us. We will contact the supplier and if the product is deemed faulty we will arrange to either replace the item or refund you in full.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of a product when assessed by us if deemed to be as a result of damage caused by neglect, misuse, for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide or usual wear and tear following use of the product.
